The aim of the work is to carry out the energy economy development plan until 2035, taking into account the impact assessments and describing, among other things, the strategy of Estonia 2035 and the European Green Agreement, the "Goal 55" package, the principle of sustainable investment (do no significant harm) and climate-proof infrastructure projects
presumably accompanying impacts of the future activities necessary for the implementation of the project.
In order to provide the service, impact assessments must be organized within a period of up to 24 months:
1. according to the Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management System Act and
2. according to the regulations of the Government of the Republic and the methodika and the rule of good legislation and normative engineering.
Subsequently, proposals for the preparation and addition of the ENMAK 2035 draft must be prepared before the public consultation in the information system of the draft.mistavad tegevused".
