Appraisal of the value of office space managed by State-owned office space management AD-Skopje Detailed description of the subject of procurement 1 Appraisal of the value of office space managed by the Company, in accordance with Article 4 of The Law on Appraisal (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 115/10, 158/11, 185/11, 64/12, 188/14, 153/15, 192/15 and 30/16) is carried out in a manner prescribed by methodology, rules and standards for appraisal, which include European Standards for Valuation-WEIGHT and International valuation standards-IVSC as well as other laws that regulate the valuation of different forms of property and the regulations adopted based on them. 2.. The appraiser is obliged to deliver the appraisal to the person commissioning the appraisal in accordance with the conditions and deadlines agreed by the customer and the appraiser. 3. The assessment is valid for one year from the date of submission of the assessment report. The appraiser should, during the implementation of the contract, in electronic form to submit a picture for each assessed business object, as well as a Report-calculation of the estimated value for each business object individually. The assessment of the business space will be carried out successively according to the needs of the company.
