"Assessment of the support of the PRDP 2021-2027 for the implementation of the European Child Guarantee" The subject of the public procurement includes the evaluation of ten procedures related to the support for the implementation of the European Child Guarantee in Bulgaria, which was carried out under OP HRD and HRD. Within the framework of this support, operations financed under the PRDP and OPDPRP continue to be implemented, which are part of the operational plans for the implementation of the long-term Action Plan in implementation of Recommendation (EU) 2021/1004 of the Council to establish a European Child Guarantee in Bulgaria (2030), for the periods 2023-2024 and 2025-2026. The purpose of the contract that will be concluded as a result of this public procurement is to assess the overall support of the OP HRD and HRD for the implementation of the European Guarantee for the Child in Bulgaria, including its effectiveness, scope, results and contribution to the achievement of the initiative's goals. The evaluation should build on the evidence base created through evaluations of the support for the deinstitutionalization and social inclusion of children carried out in the previous program periods, while ensuring continuity in the monitoring of the results of the support provided. The emphasis of the assessment follows to be placed on the implementation of the European Child Guarantee as a strategic framework to improve access to basic services and to reduce child poverty and social exclusion.
