Evaluation of the flow of substances and energy in waterlogged ecosystems: The subject of the public procurement is a weather station for profile measurement of air temperature/humidity, wind speed, soil temperature/humidity - a weather station with a height of 12 meters for collecting data on atmospheric and soil conditions in several height levels. We require a robust and modular system that will allow the installation of various sensors for accurate and long-term monitoring. Two systems for measuring transpiration flow and girth growth on 10 trees with simultaneous measurement of meteorological and soil parameters - a system for measurement of the transpiration current based on the principle of quantifying the amount of heat carried by the water stream through a predefined space of conductive xylem. It consists of sensors and accessories that provide continuous measurement of the transpiration flow and continuous measurement of changes in trunk circumferences at 10 individuals (trees). Maintenance and calibration of systems for measuring the flow and balance of greenhouse gases - the goal is to ensure regular control, or service of special sensors in EC systems, including their disassembly and relocation to another location if damage to the monitored ecosystem has occurred.
