Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to analyze the solar potential of building roofs and land surfaces located in the Maopolska Voivodeship and to provide input data for the RES potential map. The order will be processed within Integrated project LIFE EKOMAOPOLSKA Implementation of the Regional Action Plan for Climate and Energy for the Maopolska Voivodeship.2. The conditions for the execution of the order and a detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) are included in the draft provisions of the contract in regarding the public procurement, which will be included in the public procurement contract in Annex No. 1C to the contract. 3. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the instructions resulting from Art. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by a contractor or subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the execution of the order.
