The assessment is an HR system allowing the skills, behaviors and potential of those evaluated to be assessed, using proven and recognized methods. Its objective is to ensure a rigorous, transparent and objective, in order to facilitate informed decision-making in terms of recruitment, career management and optimization of human resources. At RTE, assessment is a central tool to support professional careers, evaluate the skills of employees and prepare them for new responsibilities within the company. The assessment services take place in 4 stages: -The preparation phase, -The assessment day, -Return to the evaluated employee, -And feedback to HR representatives.
