Bid Synopsis:The Village of Rio (Columbia County, Wisconsin) is seeking proposals for municipal property assessment services. We invite your firm to submit an RFP for this contract. Scope of Services: Annual assessment/maintenance and full revaluation as required Parcel data management and GIS integration Board of Review support and participation Compliance with Wisconsin Department of Revenue standards and reporting Please include in your response: A summary of relevant experience and municipal contracts (especially within Columbia County or nearby) Description of technology and methodology used (e.g. mass appraisal systems) Project approach and timeline for service implementation Fee structure or cost estimate References from other municipal assessment projects Submission Timeline: Please submit your proposal by Wednesday, October 16, 2025.
