The selected Consultant shall serve as the Citys Assessment Engineer and provide the professional services necessary to administer the Districts annual assessment program in accordance with the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972, Article XIII D of the California Constitution (Proposition 218), the Citys adopted assessment methodology, applicable resolutions, and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws.This Request for Proposals establishes the Citys minimum service expectations.
