Evaluation of the effects of Finland's CAP plan on the profitability, competitiveness, adaptation to changing risks and the promotion of young farmers' starting opportunities (MAAT)yn, the measures related to adaptation to changing risks and the promotion of young farmers' start-up opportunities and the assessment of the performance and effectiveness of these measures (MAAT) as defined in the call for tenders and its appendices. This acquisition concerns the CAP directiontelma's assessment regarding the profitability of agriculture, competitiveness, adaptation to changing risks and opportunities for young farmers to start. In this procurement, the effects produced by the measures of the CAP plan are evaluated, relating their importance to both the prevailing and the exchangeconditional development. The goal is to produce an evaluation report on the effectiveness and effectiveness of the CAP plan's measures related to agricultural profitability, competitiveness, adaptation to changing risks, and opportunities for young farmers to start.
