The Objective of this Assignment is to Assess the Environment Affecting the Implementation of Energy Resources Efficiency (Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy); Identify the Industries with Highest Potential to Decarbonize (Lower its Ghg Footprint); Along with the Barriers to the Adoption of More Resource Efficient Technologies and Develop and Assess Options to Enable/Encourage/Incentivize Greater Resource Efficiency in Mexico-S Industries. This Assignment will Contribute to Informing the World Bank-S Approach and Dialogue in Mexico regarding the Decarbonization of Mexico-S Industrial Sector; And is Expected to Provide Key Information and Insights to Help with the Identification and Design of a Potential Wb Engagement in the Sector in Mexico.
