In light of the strategic directions of the Ministry of Transportation towards enhancing institutional governance, and as part of the initiatives included in the 2025-2030 institutional strategy, the ministry is launching a project to assess the current state of governance practices and determine the level of institutional maturity, as one of the enabling initiatives supporting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in institutional performance. Project objectives: • Assess the current governance practices in the ministry compared to international and national standards and practices. • Measure the level of institutional maturity for each component of governance. • Analyze organizational and operational gaps. • Provide detailed developmental recommendations. • Prepare an executive roadmap for developing the governance system over the next three years.
