Tender Details

The project scope will include:1) Assessment of the existing network components & cabling, controllers, gateways and routers;2) Assesment of data logging, remote alarm notification and graphical user interface functionnalities and recommend upgrades;3) Provide recommendations on network cabling upgrade (type to be determined ) between network components to ensure interopability between controllers and BACNET future native controllers;4) Investigate various wiring scheme (line, tree, star) to allow future expansion of the BACNET compatible network.5) A number of 25 points per roof top unit will require to be remmapped to the BAS and provision for a 10% increase in number of points will be included (total of 125 points plus 10% addition);6) BAS Network ready for the 5 humidifiers that will be replace/added;7) Complete Specific Graphic interface updates to the satisfaction of BGIS;8) Addition of differential pressure sensors accross the air filters of the 5 new RTU to monitor airflow on the BAS;9) BACnet Integration of the six existing air curtain heaters at the loading dock;10) Supply / installation of differential air pressure sensors (2) for monitoring building pressurization through the BAS.
