Description : 1) The Municipality of San Antonio, Zambales, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of:
“Lot 1 - Asphalting of Road, Brgy. San Esteban - Two Million Pesos (₱2, 000, 000.00)”
“Lot 2 - Asphalt Overlay of Road, Brgy. East Dirita - One Million Three Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-nine Pesos and 19/100 (₱1, 395, 799.19)”
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot under the project “Asphalting of Various Barangay Roads”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Antonio, Zambales now invites bids for Asphalting of Various Barangay Roads. Completion of the Works is required twenty (20) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
