The Town of Carberry invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction of a 5-foot-wide asphalt walking path along Stickle Avenue between Dufferin Street and Main Street.The work includes mobilization, excavation and removal of sod and organic material, hauling waste to a Town-designated disposal site, shaping and compacting subgrade, supplying and placing up to 6 inches of A Base gravel, and supplying and placing up to 2 inches of asphalt.The Town's preference is for the pathway to be located adjacent to the existing ditch line and separated from the roadway wherever practical.Project completion is required no later than September 1, 2026.
