Tender are invited for Work induces asphalt repairs at suites parking lot. Saw-cut and remove an area approximately 25` x 4` = 100 SF. = 11.11 SY 11. 11 SY. of asphalt pavement (assume 2" of asphalt pavement) and a minimum 8" depth of base course material. Replace pavement with 8" compacted depth of 21A or 21B stone and 2" of type SM 9.5 asphalt wearing course. Fill approximately 3, 300 LF. of existing cracks within the parking lot and provide approximately 9, 260 SY. of all weather seal coat over the existing asphalt pavement. Provide standard parking stall striping approximately 3600 LF. With reserved parking lettering in-kind. Provide accessible logos and parking striping for 6 accessible vehicles and provide 24 LF. of 18" wide yellow reflective thermoplastic traffic paint for the existing speed bump. Provide maintenance of traffic measures necessary to carry out work safely for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
