Description : 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF TERNATE, CAVITE, through the 20% Development Fund of the Municipality of Ternate, Cavite for the Calendar Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ELEVEN PESOS AND EIGHTY SEVEN CENTAVOS (P 8, 999, 611.87) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Asphalt Overlaying at Various Barangays. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Ternate, Cavite now invites bids for the Asphalt Overlaying at Various Barangays. Completion of the Works is required to be completed within 21 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is committed in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
