Description : 1) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, through the APP FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY -SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE PESOS AND 72/100 CENTAVOS ONLY (Php 149, 536, 525.72) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid No. 26-16-04 ALPHA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines now invites bids for ASPHALT OVERLAY OF RUNWAY AT ROXAS AIRPORT (PHASE II). Completion of the Works is required NINETY (90) Calendar Days inclusive of NINETEEN (19) UNWORKABLE DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
