The City of Saskatoon is procuring a multi-phased roadway construction contract to support ongoing development in the Aspen Ridge area. The contract includes the construction of the roadways in Aspen Ridge E1-B1, and C2 (provisional) planned for the 2026 construction season, with additional roadway construction in E2 scheduled for 2027 following completion of water and sewer infrastructure in 2026.
