Tenders are invited for ASMT (Automatic Safety Monitoring Tool) Maintenance Support Services - AMS Services.
TECHNICAL CAPACITY CRITERIA

Tenderer shall be ISO 9001 certified or EN9100 certified

Tenderer shall have in place a secure network including tracing and monitoring of data to access any external operational network and a policy to ensure secure storage and confidentiality access (for instance: IT network security prevention monitoring, IT security policy, cyber capabilities to avoid intrusion, threats).
TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

Master-s in aerospace engineering/ Air Traffic Management/Aviation related field Master-s in computer science

Cv-s of team members and backup members.

Experience in ATC System Software Engineering Fluent English, other European languages could be an asset.

Strong competence in the field of software development in ATM environment Strong competence in the field of ASTERIX data format Strong experience in agile software development

At least 7 years of experience in Software engineering (design, architecture, implementation, deployment, maintenance, investigation)

ATC and ATM Safety Expertise Competence in ATC architecture especially ATC Surveillance Data Processing

Strong knowledge of ATM systems (European and US - FAA) Knowledge of other tools within other modes of transportation (rail, maritime)
