Ashland Meadows - Stormwater Engineering Open RFP/Bid ID: "Ashland Meadows-Stormwater Engineering" Open as of: July 7, 2026 12:00 am Deadline for submittal: July 29, 2026 10:00 am RFP/Bid Document: Ashland Meadows - Stormwater Engineering Notice is hereby given that the City of Warrenton, Missouri, will receive sealed Bids at Warrenton City Hall, (636) 456-3535, 200 W Booneslick Rd, Warrenton, MO 63383, until 10:00 (A.M.) local prevailing time on the 29th day of July 2026 at which time bids will be publicly opened. Sealed bids must be clearly marked: “ASHLAND MEADOWS-STORMWATER ENGINEERING” (Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted) The selected consultant shall provide professional engineering services for the Ashland Meadows Stormwater Engineering Project. Work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Design Survey including the location of existing improvements and utilities. Stormwater Detention Analysis and Design, including a review of the existing stormwater detention basin infrastructure and storm sewer pipe sizing to verify that the existing system can adequately accommodate current onsite and offsite stormwater flows. Construction Documents, including: Final grading and drainage plans; Off-site improvement plans; Storm sewer plans; Engineering calculations and drainage area maps; Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), if required; Engineer-s Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. Preparation of any easements necessary for the proposed improvements. Cost estimates for the recommended stormwater improvements. Pre-Bid Meeting A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be required for this project.
