The subject of the order is a comprehensive service including transport, foundation, assembly and connection. electrical and mechanical, as well as commissioning of an ash silo with a capacity of 70 m3, along with the development of the necessary documentation and obtaining permits. The task is being carried out on the premises of ZGPJanikowo for Holcim Polska S.A. The detailed scope of work includes: Transport: Transport of the MMTC/70 m3 storage container silo (manufactured in 2022, manufactured by Mektal Puck, net weight 6500 kg, dimensions: diameter fi 3000 mm, total height 15020 mm, height after removing the barrier and dust collector 13620 mm) and 2 pcs. blocks/concrete bases (dimensions: 4050 x 2000 x 500 mm) from the current location in Rabowice near Poznań to ZGP Janikowo. Foundation and assembly: Foundation of the silo on 2 concrete blocks on the premises of ZGP Janikowo (inside the designated area). The silo rests on 6 legs on the cylindrical part, has 4 lifting handles at the top of the cylindrical part and 2 handles at the bottom. Installation and mechanical connection: Connecting the transport pipe from the silo to the inactive ash transport pipe K1 (running the pipe from level "0" to a level of 10 m high).
