The subject of the order is the service of collection, transport and management of ash collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point from residents of the Brzozw Commune (waste code ex 20 01 99). The expected amount of waste to be disposed of in 2026 is approximately 70.00 Mg. Pick-up point: PSZOK, ul. Legionistw 10, Brzozw, province Podkarpackie. Transport of waste on the contractor's part, using equipment and vehicles adapted for this type of work, belonging to the contractor or a third party, using personnel with appropriate qualifying. Waste collection upon request of the ordering party, within 3 business days from the date of order. Waste collection during PSZOK working hours, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Waste will be weighed on a legalized scale indicated by the order contractor with an accuracy of up to 20 kg. Waste dumped on the premises of PSZOK. The ordering party requires the contractor to provide containers for collecting waste, containers made available as part of the subject of the order, KP-7 or KP-35, a container placed after prior telephone order from the ordering party's representative.
