The goal of this project is to remove the existing concrete bridge superstructure andreplace it with new. The existing concrete superstructure is deteriorated, has beendamaged by flooding, and can no longer safely carry current traffic loads. Theexisting substructure (abutments and wingwalls) will be retained and reused. Theproject includes related site work, excavation and paving.
