Programmed and ad-hoc asbestos surveys of Luton Borough Council`s residential properties including communal areas. Luton Borough Council have a housing stock of approximately 8 500 units. The Contract will also include surveys to corporate buildings such as offices and community centres. To date approximately 5 000 surveys have been undertaken leaving 3 500 to be covered by this Contract.
