As Performance Concepts, This Consultancy Includes The Works Of: A) The Drafting of a Preliminary Design and Basic Project, in the Civil Works and Facilities, the Drafting of the Study of Safety And Health And Quality Control Program And The Writing And Management Of The Necessary Documentation For Compliance with the Technical Code, for the Construction of a Building of Sc = 3, 442.37 M2 (Extension of Building 6 in the Etseafiv Campus Of The University Of Lleida, As Cereal Genomic Editing Center Cegc) B) The Drafting of an Executive Project, in Civil Works and Facilities, Drafting of the Safety Study and Health and Quality Control Program and the Writing and Management of the Documentation Necessary for Compliance with the Technical Code Applicable to the Project Executive, For the Construction of Part of the Previous Building (Extension of Building 6 on the Etseafiv Campus of the University of Lleida, as a Genomic Editing Center for Cereals Cegc), to be built in the 2027-2028 period. The works contemplated by this one Executive Project, Included in the Grant Granted, Have a Budget Execution Per Contract (Pec) Reference (Cegc Works) Estimated at €3, 582, 921.54 (VAT Included). This First Part Of The Works, Will Be Considered A Complete Work And Is It will be able to put in service for Als Intended uses without any conditioning.
