Short Description of the Procurement: As a result of the development of the website Keskhelhigiga.ee, a new hospital website will be completed, which will be brought together on the websites of the current Keskhaigal.ee and Synnitusumaja.ee. The new website needs to be built and trained by the AI Assistant, which is for the interior use of the customer and is based on the information and other relevant organization information. For public use, an AI interview robot must be built and trained to communicate according to the requirements of the subscriber's order and help visitors find the necessary information and navigate on the website. The AI chat robot must be able to answer questions, recommend appropriate pages, direct the digital registrar if necessary and support different languages. The AI chat robot must include the best practices and lessons of the implementation of AI by other organizations. The webft must be completed in 6 months followed by a 12 -month follow -up and maintenance period.
