The work to be completed under this contract is to include the supply of all materials, equipment, labour, tools, incidentals, fees or any other associated costs to complete the following:
Clean sweep field.Decompaction using a ‘GKB Renovator- or approved equivalent, infill redistribution and levelling. Supply and installation of ‘Ecofill® Rebound- by Mondo, or ‘Eco Infill- by Clean Turf Canada, or approved equivalent. (See Appendix B for specifications).The City anticipates maintaining its artificial sports fields on a rotational basis - the initial term of this contract is for the 2026 requirement, being field ‘F1- Norton Community Park, located at 3035 Tim Dobbie Dr, Burlington, On L7M 0M3. If renewed, the field(s) required for maintenance during each optional renewal year term, if any, will be communicated at the time of renewal.
