CBC is seeking a partner that will propose a proven responsible AI framework (the "Framework") and that will work with ICBC to adapt it and make it operational. The scope of this NRFP is to select a partner with subject matter expertise services in the Framework, that will introduce the Framework andcollaborate with ICBC to adapt and implement it. The Framework must align with accepted responsible AI evolving principles and best practices to enable fair and consistent informed decision making with respect to the assessment and handling of AI use cases. The Framework must integrate a holistic setof responsible AI dimensions such as: Privacy Security Transparency Accountability Fairness Compliance Robustness Governance ICBC expects the Framework to align with its existing relevant policies and standards (e.g., privacy, enterprise risk management) and adapt to its evolving internal and externalrequirements.
