Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of construction works consisting in the construction of two parking lots in the village of Žarošice, namely in the locations near the elementary school and the health center. Parking lot at the health center A total of 6 vertical parking spaces of length 4.50 m and width 2.50 m and 2.75 m are proposed (outer vertical parking spaces). The surface will be made of concrete paving. The handling area at the parking lot with dimensions of 8.0 m x 8.0 m is designed from a crushed stone surface. Furthermore, an access road to the parking lot with a width of 2.75 m and a length of 25.1 m made of concrete paving incl. track fitting of the jammed pavement. Along the existing house, there will be a 0.25 m wide eaves walkway, and on the south side of the existing building, a large-format concrete paving will create a terrace, which will end with 3 steps. A footpath is designed along the parking spaces, which will be made of step-on acacia logs (or step-on sandstone hewn stones). At the entrance to the parking lot, the existing steel gate will be replaced with a new wrought iron gate. Parking lot behind the school This is the construction of new perpendicular parking spaces along the existing purpose-built road. The new parking spaces will connect to the existing parking spaces, which are located after the end of the section. A total of 16 new vertical parking spaces will be established, including 1 space for people with reduced mobility. The spaces will have a length of 4.50 m (overhang of the vehicle over the curb is considered) and a basic width of 2.50 m. Parking spaces for persons with limited mobility will have width 3.50 m and length 4.50 m. The outermost parking spaces are extended by 0.25 m. Part of the construction is the construction of a sidewalk at the beginning of the section with a place for crossing 3.00 m wide. This sidewalk will be 1.50 m wide and on one side connects to the existing asphalt sidewalk and on the other side to the gravel the way.
