INTRODUCTION:
The Government requires design, analysis, procurement, documentation, fabrication,
installation, inspection, demonstration, and testing necessary to provide complete and functional
temperature-controlled air supply to the test cell. Scope includes modifications to the process air (including demolition), utility distribution, electrical, and controls systems within the limits defined in Attachment 2 - Performance Parameters.
NOTE: Attachment 2 - Performance Parameters is marked Distribution Statement D. Interested parties may email the Contracting Officer with their company CAGE code to request a copy of the Performance Parameters.
The Government intends to hold a site visit the week of 13 April 2026. Further details will be provided.
