The Baltimore, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1, 465 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a ¼ mile radius of 8600 LaSalle Rd, Suite 513 Towson, MD 21286. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 2 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
