The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1, 886 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space located within a ¼ mile radius of current location address. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 4 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
