Research and consider any relevant sector usage trends as well as demographic trends as well as The City of Woodstock current Recreation Facility Needs StudyResearch best practices in facility design and effective use of space Consultation and Facilitation InputOrganize meeting with Ice Users, Members of Council, City Staff and the Woodstock Recreation Advisory Committee PresentationPrepare a public presentation to City Council that outlines the deliverables and objectives, concept drawing and projected costing.
