Area development urban area Brugg Windisch train station: support participation and communication The area development of the Brugg Windisch station urban area is dedicated to the development around the area under the leadership of the municipality of Windisch and the city of Brugg Brugg train station. To the southwest of the railway area, the Bahnhof Süd area is one of the last large transformation areas close to the railway station in the canton of Aargau. Due to its location in the center of the Brugg-Windisch regional area, it is of great importance for future settlement and transport development. There is scope for new uses in the industrial areas due to structural and operational changes. In the medium to long term, this area should become a lively, mixed area new quarter will be developed. The area development is being carried out in close cooperation by the following five project partners: the city of Brugg, the municipality of Windisch, BRUGG Immobilien AG, SBB and the canton of Aargau. In the upcoming phase 3 rSP: The previous plans should now be translated in a binding manner for the authorities in the form of a regional sectoral plan. The area development process should continue seamlessly after completion of the regional sectoral plan and phase 4 BNO Partial revision: Landowner binding stipulation should be tackled.
