Archival material
The ministry community is facing an extensive relocation process to the New Government Quarter, which for several ministries involves the transfer of archive material from existing locations to the National Archives. The National Archives sets strict requirements for which cover folders and archive boxes are approved for long-term storage of paper documents. It is therefore necessary to acquire cover folders and boxes that meet these requirements. The client wants the agreement to enter into force as soon as possible after the conclusion of the contract. Estimated value for the acquisition is NOK 3.5 million excl. VAT The agreement will have a maximum validity of up to NOK 5 million excl. VAT The estimate is not binding on the client. For a detailed description of the delivery, see appendix 1 to the agreement.
