Archival document transportation, storage, administration and destruction services are purchased: 1. Document storage in accordance with the Document Storage Rules, approved by the Chief... Purchases of transportation, storage of archival documents, administration and destruction services: 1. Document storage in accordance with the Document Storage Rules approved by the Chief Archivist of Lithuania in 2011. December 28 by order no. V-157 "On Approval of Document Storage Rules", 2. Certificates, preparing and issuing copies of archival documents; 3. Handling and selection of documents for destruction; 4. Transportation of documents from the Buyer and placement for storage in warehouses; 5. Transport of documents from the Supplier (after the end of the purchase contract or termination purchase contract). The supplier undertakes to provide services for 5 years from the date of entry into force of the purchase agreement. In the offer, the Supplier must indicate the address of the storage facility for the storage of the Buyer's archival documents, which is located in the premises managed by the Supplier.
