JOB ORDER: LABOR
1. Drafting of Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design (DAED), Plans and Blue Prints, Detailed Estimates, Bill of Quantities, Scope of Works, PERT/CPM, Structural Analysis and Design and other Technical/Engineering Documents for the construction of the Labuan Public Hospital infrastructure component of two(2) Elevator Shafts. The Budget Allotment for said two(2)Elevator Systems is a‚+/-13, 000, 000.00. One(1) Elevator is for Patient/Hospital Bed/Passenger/Equipment lift of one(1) 4-storey Clinical Building (Bldg 1) and the 2nd Elevator is for Passenger/Supplies Lift of another 4-storey Administration Building (Bldg 2).
2. Drafting of Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design (DAED), Plans and Blue Prints, Detailed Estimates, Bill of Quantities, Scope of Works, PERT/CPM, Structural Analysis and Design and other Technical/Engineering Documents for the construction of the infrastructure component of the Labuan Public Hospital Power Substation with capacities for two(2) of 167KVA and two(2) of 100KVA Transformer along with its wires and accessories. Budget allotment for said Power Substation is a‚+/-2, 500, 000.00.
3. Said architectural engineering documents must be completely accomplished and provided to the Labuan Public Hospital within ten(10) to fifteen(15) calendar days upon receipt of approved contract of service.
