Architecture planner election process A complete renovation of Haus Märt is planned, including adding another floor using lightweight construction and a simple brush renovation of the surfaces in Haus Burg. The existing middle section (chapel wing) will be completely dismantled. A new six-story connecting building (Haus Mitte) connects Haus Märt and Haus Burg floor by floor to form a new functional unit. The basis is an existing feasibility study by Camenzind Architekten AG. On On this basis, the board of directors of the WPZ Berghof decided to implement the in-depth feasibility study. In this sense, the concept of the floor plans and the room arrangements, with the exception of the ground floor access area, is for the planner selection process specified and to be adopted.
