In this procedure, for each part of the basic procurement, the Ordering Party plans to develop 300 draft decisions on development conditions, draft decisions on determining the location of public purpose investments, draft decisions on development conditions for buildings. residential areas up to 70 m2 with urban analysis and graphic attachments, as well as development of a design for changes to the above. decisions in the Bralin commune. The developed projects should be consistent with applicable legal provisions, in particular the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024.1130), Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of July 15, 2024 on the method of determining requirements regarding new development and land development in the absence of local spatial development plan (Journal of Laws 2024.1116), Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of August 26, 2003 on the signs and nomenclature used in the decision to determine the location of a public purpose investment and the decision on development conditions (Dz.U.2003.1589).
