Which carries out structural activities in a professional manner for the various buildings, so that they are maintained in a cost -efficient manner. The buildings are well maintained, safe and contribute in a sustainable way to a positive experience of employees, residents, patients and students of Kentalis. The intended effective date of the framework agreements is December 1, 2023 and these have an initial term of 4 years with twice an extension option of 2 years.
