As part of the Competition, the Ordering Party's intention is to raise the aesthetic, functional and technical standard these spaces. Due to the fact that the existing sanitary infrastructure does not meet current aesthetic standards and does not harmonize with the style of historic interiors and reduces the aesthetic values ​​of the public spaces of the Theatre, it is planned to reconstruction and modernization of a total of 24 public toilet rooms, located from the cloakroom level to the level of Balcony III, covering 6 floors of the building, with a total area of ​​611.10 m².
