Maakuntien tilakeskus Oy (hereinafter also the Client) requests bids from service providers for the procurement of architectural and structural design services for construction projects. The procurement requirements are defined in this request for tenders and its appendices. The services will come fulfills the requirements described in this request for tenders. GOAL FACILITY With this procurement, Maakuntien tilakeskus Oy aims to provide high-quality partners to cooperate in the construction projects of social and health care and rescue services in architectural, structural and interior design tasks. The procurement aims to make available to Maakuntien tilakeskus Oy experts who have experience in the design tasks of demanding and diverse construction projects. The acquisition is aimed at partners who have the capabilities to provide service throughout Finland. With this tender, a framework arrangement is established, with which the Customer can acquire services according to the object of the procurement. Three comprehensive ones are selected for the framework arrangement service provider. A framework agreement will be concluded with each selected service provider. A more detailed service description is attached to this request for tenders 1. The customer does not have a quantity purchase obligation and the Service Provider does not get an exclusive right to produce the Service.
