Architecture and special techniques design office for real estate project missions, space redevelopment, special techniques and integrated assistance in the different areas of building The aim of this call for tenders is to sign a framework contract for the supply provision of services and advice to be carried out by a design office, or an association of specialized design offices, covering the areas of architecture, stability, special techniques, compliance with regulations in force, for multidisciplinary assistance missions in the various areas affecting the complex sector of tertiary sector buildings as well as any other associated expertise. It covers the design, construction and management of projects of architecture and engineering relating to various developments in the buildings of the Committees' real estate portfolio. It includes in particular complete study missions, drafting of technical specifications, organization and site monitoring in the framework of the implementation of public contracts for the execution of works. The missions covered by the subject of the contract also include assistance in drawing up permit applications and monitoring renovation work on Committee buildings in a sustainable and ecological vision.
