The subject of the order is the performance of the task titled: Architectural and construction concept for the construction of a protective structure (hiding category U-1) in the dual-use system of sports infrastructure in the branch of the Municipal Specialist Clinic at ul. Andersa 30-36 w Toruń.2. Guidelines for the implementation of the subject of the order: 1) The building of the branch of the Municipal Specialist Clinic (MPS) with an underground floor also serving as a protective structure in a dual-use system with sports infrastructure is planned to be located on plot No. 633 and 639 from area 74 in Toruń.2) The area is covered by the local spatial development plan Stawki-Andersa Resolution No. 161/15 of the Toruń City Council of November 6, 2015 for areas located in the area of ​​the following streets: Gen.
