1. The subject of the order is the performance of the task titled: Architectural and construction concept for the construction of a protective structure (hiding category U-1) in a dual-use system with an underground parking lot in the Social Welfare Home at ul. Szosa Chemiska 220 in Toruń.2. Guidelines for implementation of the subject of the order: 1) The building of the Social Welfare Home (DPS) with an underground parking lot that also serves as a protective structure is planned to be located on plot no. 736/4 in precinct 32 in Toruń, in place of the existing building no. demolitions. Entrance to the underground parking lot should be provided from ul. Ludwik Makowski (plot no. 737, area 32).2) The area is not covered by the local development plan. The building and the surrounding area are not subject to conservation protection. 3) It is planned a building with three above-ground floors and a single-level underground parking lot. The estimated area of ​​each floor is approximately 1, 000 m2. The given area values ​​are estimates. Taking into account applicable regulations, surfaces may be damaged change.4) The designed single-story underground parking lot is intended to serve as a shelter for people, category U-1 - in the long-term system...
