1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: These services are being procured in accordance with 40 United States Code, Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute, Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 36. Firms will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work stated in this synopsis. This is not the Request for Proposal. Interested firms shall respond by submitting one Standard Form (SF) 330 listing their qualifications. North American Industrial Classification System Code is 541330, which has a size standard of $25, 500, 000 in average annual receipts. This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) announcement is Unrestricted with a Partial Small Business Set-Aside pool. The resulting task orders will be negotiated Firm Fixed-Price for General Design and other related services. Multiple contract awards are anticipated, with a performance of five years, with four negotiated rate escalations each year after the initial first year.
