Architect project author services for the transformation of the Don Bosco school into a Health Center.
The Health Center aims to welcome several general practitioners as well as paramedical practitioners.
A housing section for assistants and/or interns is also included in the building.
The missions consist in particular of the development of a preliminary project then of a project (specifications) with a view to transforming the current building into a Health Center meeting the expectations of doctors and other occupants of the premises (including a housing part), as well as current energy requirements and accessibility criteria, without forgetting the health criteria for the housing section.
The missions also provide for the examination of offers and the drafting of the works contract award report as well as the complete monitoring of these, until their final receipt.
Finally, the following missions are also included:
- The mission of stability engineer on positions requiring it
- The mission of special techniques on positions requiring it
- The mission of PEB manager and, where applicable, the mission of study author feasibility
- Carrying out an energy audit according to UREBA
- The request for UREBA subsidies
