Tender Details

The municipality of Bernheze, Social Cultural Center De Pas and De Bibliotheek Heesch are currently housed at De Misse 2, 4 and 6 in Heesch. These three parties work together with the educational and creative center De Eijnderic, also housed within the core of Heesch, opportunities for a more integrated, open, multifunctional and hospitable shared housing in the center of Heesch. This would require the existing housing at De Misse to be extensively renovated and expanded into Het Huis De Misse. That's what it is for ICS advisors have drawn up a Spatial Functional and Technical Program of Requirements (hereinafter: Program of Requirements or PoE) containing the joint preconditions of the above-mentioned parties. Both PoRs have been added as appendices 10 and 11 selection guideline. The municipality wants to develop this program of requirements into a design. This should result in a Final Design (DO) with associated cost estimate on which the council of the municipality of Bernheze can make a decision in its meeting of June 2027. whether it wants to realize this plan. The agreement consists of services provided by an architect, interior architect and constructor to develop the existing program of requirements into an integrated design.
