The Municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel is working on the area development of the Florabuurt area. In short, the design assignment concerns the new construction of a multifunctional accommodation (MFA), hereinafter referred to as the Florabuurt child centre. In this new building the schools De Triangel and De KlimOp, two childcare organizations, Sportief Capelle (gym) and Welzijn Capelle (children's lab) and Pameijer with the Cocoon development center, participate. The total design brief is approximately 4, 827 m2 Gross Floor Area (GFA). The The assignment is issued in phases and includes the following phases: * structural design; * preliminary design; * final design; * technical design; * implementation of finished design; * aesthetic guidance.
