Description of Benefits

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK) plans to solicit offers for Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) for Architect-Engineer Services for a Small Business (SB) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).

The proposed A-E MATOC will be solicited as a total small business set-aside with award to a target of five A-E firms with a total shared ordering capacity of $25M. The MATOC will include a five-year base ordering period not-to-exceed (NTE) five (5) years. The A-E MATOCs will be used to award negotiated firm-fixed-price (FFP) task orders (TOs) for multi-disciplinary A-E design services for the preparations of various military planning and design documents, project studies, specifications of various military projects and may also be utilized to support planning and design for civil works projects or planning efforts (i.e., master planning and similar projects and work assigned to NWD.
